Crossover Crown

June 23rd

Sunday

  • Set up at 8:00am

The games will be played outdoors unless weather is inclement and/or outdoor field is unplayable. (Note that FunKey & Spaced Out L2 must be played outdoors due to the size of the field required.)

There will not be puppy rollers offered, however those with puppies are welcome to do rollers with them at lunchtime and/or after the trial ends.

The three agility games are part of the UpDog Crossover Crown event. You will be ranked against others playing in the Crossover Crown worldwide and UpDog will post standings for those games on the Updog Bite Club page, sometime after the end of the event.

There will be placement prizes (1st to 3rd) at the trial for the three Crossover Crown games and a prize for the team with the highest points total overall for those three games. There will be placement prizes for the other games, as well as volunteer and sweet spot prizes and some special awards.

Your team is able to play in Level 1 even if they have their Gold Up in that game, but you won’t be eligible for placement prizes in Level 1. Please ensure that if you enter Level 2 that you do have the Gold Up in that game.

The final order of games will be determined closer to the date of the trial and will be emailed to participants the week before the trial, along with other trial information. The preliminary plan is to have the agility games first, followed by the other games.

We need to be able to cover the cost of the arena rental.

If a minimum number of paid runs is not reached by closing date, the trial will be cancelled and refunds issued to those who have entered.

If the trial is cancelled due to roads/weather, refunds will be issued. There will be no other refunds issued unless the costs for the arena rental are covered.

You must include your UTN with this entry if you have one for your team or your entry will not be accepted. A UTN is not required so if you do not yet have one for your team, leave the UTN section blank.

This is a most likely a low frills trial due to time constraints. We will have a sweet spot draw (candy basket), a volunteer draw (tbd), and a draw for all freestyle entrants (a dyed disc).

For the freestyle disc draw, each round of freestyle will get you a ticket for the raffle. There is only one disc, so the draw will be done on Sunday. This is not a custom disc, so the winner will be able to take it home sunday.

Please note – far out is in in a limited space of slightly over 60 yards.
